All content on this site (text, photographs, visual identity, described protocols, structure and source code) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Maison Ling.

Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The treatments offered are wellbeing, relaxation and body comfort services. They are in no way medical, paramedical or physiotherapy procedures, and they do not replace a medical diagnosis or treatment.

In the event of a known medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery or ongoing treatment, medical advice is required before any session.

The data sent through the corporate enquiry form (name, company, email address, telephone, headcount, preferred dates, message) is collected for the sole purpose of answering your request and preparing a proposal.

It is processed by the Netlify Forms service, kept for a maximum of thirty-six months, then deleted. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Confirmation emails (bookings, gift cards) are sent through Resend, Inc. (United States). Gift card payments are processed by SumUp Limited (Dublin, Ireland), which alone receives the card details.

Client record and initial assessment: before her first session, the client fills in an assessment (identity, expectations, health questionnaire) that she signs online, with her explicit consent for the health data. This assessment, the preferences of each session and the session notes are encrypted before being stored with Netlify, read by the Maison alone, never used for any other purpose, and erased three years after the last session, or sooner on request.

Invitations: when a client invites a friend, only their two first names are recorded, with the invitation code, so that the Maison recognises it at the studio. They are erased twelve months after the invitation.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. These rights can be exercised by emailing the contact address of this site.

Should a disagreement persist, a complaint may be filed with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.

This site uses Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to fire the analytics tools chosen by the Maison. Depending on the active tags, cookies may be set on your device and data transferred outside the European Union.

No measurement cookie is set before you agree: on your first visit a banner lets you accept or decline, declining being exactly as easy as accepting. Your choice is kept for six months, and the “Cookie settings” link in the footer lets you change it at any time. No retargeting advertising tags are used.

Independently of those tools, one item is stored in your browser local storage: the display language you have chosen. It identifies no one and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

Maison Ling holds professional liability insurance covering its activity on French territory.

These terms apply to the gift cards sold on maisonling.fr by Maison Ling, a sole proprietorship whose details appear at the bottom of this page. They are accepted when ordering. The French version prevails.

Subject and price. A gift card entitles its holder to the treatment it names (Signature Session, Renaissance Course, Metamorphosis Course or slimming Tui Na), at the studio or at home, slimming Tui Na at the studio only, at the price of the treatment menu on the day of purchase, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The optional Maison gift box is added to the price of the card, at the rate shown when ordering.

Order and payment. The order is final once the payment is accepted on the secure page of SumUp Limited, by card or another means offered on that page. No card details go through the site.

Delivery. The card is emailed as a PDF to the buyer as soon as the payment is confirmed, with the receipt. If the buyer chose so, it also goes to the recipient on the day set, at 8 a.m. Paris time. The optional gift box is collected at the studio, by appointment.

Validity and use. The card bears the recipient’s name and is valid for twelve months from the day it reaches her; the last day is printed on it. It is used for the treatment named, in one session or for the whole course, by appointment, Monday to Saturday, giving its code. The treatments offered, lymphatic drainage as well as slimming Tui Na, are reserved for women. At home, travel is included in Paris and the inner suburbs.

Right of withdrawal. Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has fourteen days from the purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason, as long as the card has not been used: writing to the contact address is enough. The refund follows within fourteen days, by the means of payment used.

After that period, the card is not refundable. A lost card is sent again on request. Should the treatment be impossible because of Maison Ling, the card is extended accordingly or, if the buyer prefers, refunded.

Data. The order details (names, email addresses, phone, message) serve to issue the card, send it and follow its use. They are kept for one year after the card expires; the receipt is kept for ten years, as accounting law requires.

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
