I arrive with my wide-comfort ergonomic chair and single-use linen. Your team stays fully clothed and I use no oil: the session slips into the working day without disruption or logistics.
I work along the tension lines of the back, trapezius, neck, arms and scalp. By the end of the session the breath opens, posture softens and concentration returns.
