I arrive with my wide-comfort ergonomic chair and single-use linen. Your team stays fully clothed and I use no oil: the session slips into the working day without disruption or logistics.
I work along the tension lines of the back, trapezius, neck, arms and scalp. By the end of the session the breath opens, posture softens and concentration returns.

How long does a seated massage session last?
From fifteen minutes to one hour per person, depending on the format. The fifteen-minute format is the most requested in the workplace: it fits between two meetings and lets up to sixteen employees be seen in a half-day.
Do we need to provide a room or equipment?
A quiet space of about four square metres is enough: a meeting room, a free office, a corner of the open space set apart. I bring the ergonomic chair, single-use linen and the protocol. Your staff stay dressed; there is no oil and no changing room.
How is the schedule organised?
We agree on a time window, then employees sign up for timed slots. I keep the pace: moving from one person to the next takes a few minutes, and the team’s work is not interrupted.
How much does corporate seated massage cost?
The price depends on the format, the number of employees and the frequency. I reply within one working day with a costed proposal and two possible dates: the form on this page is enough.
Is seated massage suitable for everyone?
For the vast majority of employees, since it is done fully dressed, without oil. Before starting, I simply ask each person about acute pain, a recent back injury, fever or a pregnancy under three months: the session is then adapted or postponed.
Can the works council pay for it, or can it be deducted?
The service is invoiced to the company. It falls under workplace wellbeing initiatives and can be funded by the works council (CSE). For the exact tax and social treatment, your accountant decides according to your situation.
Do you work outside Paris?
In Paris and the neighbouring towns: Neuilly-sur-Seine, Levallois-Perret, Boulogne-Billancourt, Saint-Mandé, Vincennes. Beyond that, on quotation, depending on the size of the day.
How much notice do you need?
I reply within one working day. For a wellbeing week or an offsite, the earlier you tell me, the more dates are open. For a one-off session, ideally allow one to two weeks.
